The 'Astronomology' of
The 12th Triad Month of the UCC Year
Starts on Day 336 of the Year
Date: 1st Pisces♓ UCC [12.01]
(c19th February Gregorian)
On Day 336 of the UCC Year we reach the 1st day of the 12th and last Triad (30 Day Month)
The Sun ☉ has just crossed the 22 Hour Right Ascension line of astronomical measurement in the celestial sphere
Correspondingly then at this time the Earth ⊕ reaches the first point of Virgo♍ in its spiral around the Sun
The Star Sign of Pisces♓ in astrology corresponds to the 2 hours of Right Ascension from 22hrs to 24hrs - the 30° of the ecliptic from 330° to 360° - in astronomy, and completes the annual cycle through the Zodiac
So, this "Astronomological" event means we can call our 12th Triad 'TWELVE-Pisces♓' as it aligns (within 22 minutes!) with the Astrological Star Sign ♓ AND closely with its equivalent Astronomical sector of the sky
It is also the third and last of the 3 Triads of our 4th Quarter Season; Winter in the Northern Hemisphere, Summer in the Southern Hemisphere
TWELVE-Pisces♓ comprises the last 3 Decans (10 Day Weeks) of the Year; 34, 35 & 36 and runs from Day 336 thru 365 of the Year as you can see in the excerpt below from the Gregorian Calendar Converter for the Year 13515
As you can see above, the last 2 days of this Triad (29th & 30th Pisces♓) are also the first 2 days of the 'Nobenox New Year Cardinal Festival of Aries'
This special 4 day period celebrates the passing of one year into the next and is symbolised with [☉⊕♈]
Hence these 2 days carry the symbols [☉⊕♈]1 & [☉⊕♈]2 respectively
And, the 30th Pisces♓ is also not only the last day of the Year (New Year's Eve), but often the day of the actual 'Nobenox' (North Bound Equinox) itself.
(The first day of the new UCC Year is always the 1st full day after the Nobenox)
We can see the Astronomy of this time in the screen shots below from the package 'Stellarium'
The Sun ☉ at 22 Hours 8 Mins Right Ascension on the 1st Day of TWELVE-Pisces♓ 13515 UCC
Above we can see the Sun ☉ on its ecliptic path (the red line) just past the 22 Hour RA line of the celestial grid during the 1st Day of this Triad Month
The Sun ☉ actually crossed the 22 Hour RA line during the evening of the 28th Day of the previous Triad Month (ELEVEN-Aquarius) as shown below
The Triad Month 'TWELVE-Pisces♓' closely corresponds to the last 2 hours of Right Ascension from 22hrs-24hrs.
[Right Ascension is measured Eastward (to the left in the pic) from the '1st Point of Aries' (♈), what I call the 'Nobenox', at 0 Hours RA, where the Sun's Ecliptic path intersects the Celestial Equator rising North]
This Astronomical section of the sky, and therefore our Triad Month of TWELVE-Pisces♓ and the Astrological Star Sign '♓', are currently occupied by the Constellation 'Aquarius' due to Precession
The Star Sign Pisces is named after the Constellation 'Pisces' (The Fishes) which it aligns with through one 'Age' (a roughly 2000 year period) during each 24,000 Year 'Great Year' cycle of Precession
We can see the Astrology of this 12th Triad Month in the screen shot below from Planet Watcher
The Sun ☉ enters The Star Sign Pisces, shown at 0°♓, 22mins before 1st Pisces♓ 13515 UCC, at 23:38UTC (GMT) on 30th Aquarius♒ 13515 UCC.
Pisces - The Fishes
The Star Sign Pisces♓ (The Fishes) is a 'Mutable' / 'Negative' (Female) / 'Water' sign
It rules the Feet of the body
Its 'Ruling Planet' is Jupiter (♃)
The slight misalignment of the astronomy with the astrology and the Triad Month is because the earth's orbit is elliptical rather than round and its axis is tilted which means that the orbit doesn't fit exactly within a circle
In astrology, the Star Signs divide the ecliptic into equal 30° segments
But, the Sun spends more time - 187 days - above the equator than it does below - 178 days - making the seasons, and therefore the months, slightly different in length
The UCC balances the Seasons via its 5 special Intercalary days making them all exactly 90 days each, and the Triad Months all exactly 30 Days each.
But the Sun actually spends a bit more time in Quarter 2 (Cancer, Leo & Virgo) than it does in Quarter 4 (Capricorn, Aquarius & Pisces) as it is further away from the earth during Quarter 2 due to the ellipse and therefore appears to travel slower in the sky making that part of the year a little longer.
The slide below shows when the nearest and furthest points of the elliptical orbit occur
